Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini membutuhkan peran pendidik yang benar benar memahami dan menyatu dengan dunia anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali peran pendidik anak usia dini dalam konsep pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam semboyan Ing ngarso Sung Tuladha, Ing Madyo mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Hanadayani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research dengan menggali informasi yang didapat ari buku, jurnal dan sumber bacaan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahawa dalam konsep Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha pendidik harus berwawasan luas, berkpribadian, modelling dan professional. Ing Madya Mangun Karso pendidik sebagai  innovator, fasilitator, administrator, evaluator, pengasuh, pendamping, narahubung, teman bermain, Sahabat komunikasi, Konselor, regulator, dan pembangun yang sangat relevan dengan  kompetensi pedagogic dan kompetensi sosial, selanjutnya Tut Wuri Handayani  peran pendidik adalah  motivator dan penguat (doa) dalam memaksimalkan tumbuh kembang anak.     AbstractEarly childhood education requires the role of educators who truly understand and integrate with the world of children. The purpose of this study was to explore the role of early childhood educators in the educational concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara in the motto Ing ngarso Sung Tuladha, Ing Madyo mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani. The research method used is library research by digging information obtained from books, journals and other reading sources. The results of the study illustrate that in the concept of IngNgarso Sung Tuladha educators must have broad insight, personality, modeling and professional. Ing Madya Mangun Karso is an educator as an innovator, facilitator, administrator, evaluator, caregiver, companion, contact person, playmate, friend of communication, counselor, regulator, and builder who is very relevant to pedagogic competence and social competence, then Tut Wuri Handayani's role as educator is motivator and reinforcement (prayer) in maximizing child development.
