<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode survei dengan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 316 orang. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling, sehingga terpilih 176 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru dan fasilitas belajar secara berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Hal ini berdasarkan pada nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (23,923 > 3,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Kepribadian, Fasilitas, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of teacher personality competencies and learning facilities on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in the XI IPS class of SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This type of research is a survey method with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study was 316 people. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling, so that 176 people were selected as the study sample. The results of the study showed that the teacher's personality competencies and learning facilities had a significant influence on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City.
