The background of this research is the teacher's ability to implement the BDR (Learn From Home) program at SD Negeri 5 Getas which is still not as expected. Researchers applied academic supervision to teachers to improve their teaching skills in the BDR (Learn From Home) program during the Covid-19 pandemic. Academic supervision has the definition of a series of activities aimed at helping teachers develop the ability to manage learning. Through academic supervision activities, it is hoped that teachers can improve their teaching abilities and competencies. The aims of this study were to: 1) Describe the process of improving teachers' abilities in implementing the BDR (Learn From Home) program through the academic supervision of the Principal at SD Negeri 5 Getas, 2). Describes the increase in the ability of teachers to implement the BDR (Learn From Home) program through the academic supervision of the Principal at SD Negeri 5 Getas. The results showed that the process of increasing teachers' abilities in implementing the BDR (Learn From Home) program through the academic supervision of the Principal at SD Negeri 5 Getas, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency, semester 2 of the 2020/2021 school year was in the form of direction, guidance, and motivation to teachers in implementing online learning in accordance with routine and scheduled procedures. In addition, researchers provide input, feedback, and improvements to deficiencies that still occur. Increasing the ability of teachers to implement the BDR (Learn From Home) program through the academic supervision of the Principal at SD Negeri 5 Getas, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency, semester 2 of the 2020/2021 academic year reached 100% with a minimum score of 76-85 (Good). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that coaching through academic supervision can improve teachers' abilities in implementing the BDR (Learn From Home) program, teachers become more competent in planning and online learning processes. It is proven that in each cycle, the teacher's ability has increased significantly. The average value of the teacher's ability before the implementation of the first cycle of actions was 61.46, after the implementation of the first cycle of actions reached 75.00, then after the implementation of the second cycle of actions increased to 82.29.
