In the initial observation at SDN Gedawang 01 Semarang, out of 8 new class teachers 25% or 2 teachers who had already prepared PTK reports to propose for promotion. While others still do not understand how to properly and correctly prepare class action research reports. To overcome this, researchers as school principals try to facilitate teachers to write PTK reports through IHT (In House Training) by carrying out school action research. From the results of IHT (In House Training) activities it can improve teacher performance results in Classroom Action Research writing activities as evidenced by an increase in teacher performance results per cycle, where in the initial cycle the teacher performance results were "Fully Fulfilled" by 12.5%, becoming by 87.5%, there is an increase of 75%.
