<![CDATA[Pemberian informed consent pra operasi merupakan salah satu tindakan dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pasien yang akan menjalani tindakan operatif seringkali merasakan kekhawatiran terhadap tindakan yang akan dijalaninya. Tenaga medis berkewajiban menyampaikan informasi terlebih dahulu dalam setiap tindakan yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasien untuk memberikan sebuah informasi yang cukup dan mendapatkan persetujuan tindakan dari pasien tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian informed consent pra operasi dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RUMAH SAKIT Dr. OEN KANDANG SAPI SOLO. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik chi-square dari data penelitian yang sudah terkumpul. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan secara statistik terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian informed consent pra operasi dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RUMAH SAKIT Dr. OEN KANDANG SAPI SOLO (OR = 6,67; CI 95% = 0,97 hingga 45,8; p = 0,038). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara pemberian informed consent pra operasi dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RUMAH SAKIT Dr. OEN KANDANG SAPI SOLO. Patients who will undergo surgery often feel worried about the action they will be undergoing. Medical personnel are obliged to convey information in advance in every action that will be carried out on the patient to provide sufficient information and obtain approval for the action from the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the provision of preoperative informed consent and the level of patient satisfaction at Dr. OEN KANDANG SAPI SOLO Hospital. The research method used is observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. Data analysis in this study used the chi-square statistical test from research data that had been collected. The results of this study showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between the provision of preoperative informed consent and the level of patient satisfaction at Dr. OEN KANDANG SAPI SOLO Hospital (OR = 6,67; CI 95% = 0,97 hingga 45,8; p = 0,038). The conclusion in this study was that there was a statistically significant relationship between giving preoperative informed consent and the level of patient satisfaction at Dr. OEN KANDANG SAPI SOLO Hospital.
