<![CDATA[Abstract: Health Promotion Effectivity With Peer education Method Towards SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya Students Knowledge About Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (Dhf). The aim of this study was to determine the health promotion effectivity between peer education method compare with lecture method towards high school students knowledge about dengue fever.This study used quasi-experimental method with non-equivalent control group design with pretest and posttest. There were 81 SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya students as the test group and there were 79 MAN Rasau Jaya students as the control group. Hypothetical test that used in this study was Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney Tests. Mann Whitney results obtained the significance was 0.000(p<0.05), that means there is significant knowledge difference between test and control group.Abstrak : Promosi Kesehatan Dengan Metode Peer education Terhadap Pengetahuan Tentang Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) Siswa SMA. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui efektifitas promosi kesehatan dengan metode peer education dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah terhadap pengetahuan Siswa SMA/Sederajat tentang DBD. Penelitian menggunakan metode quasi-experiment dengan rancangan non-equivalent control group design with pretest and postest yang dilakukan pada 81 orang siswa SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya sebagai kelompok uji dan 79 orang siswa MAN Rasau Jaya sebagai kelompok kontrol. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney didapatkan nilai significancy (sig) sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara perbandingan peningkatan pengetahuan responden kedua kelompok penelitian.]]>
