<![CDATA[The immunization program has a short-term goal, namely preventing the spread of disease. The achievement of 80 percent UCI in all districts is one of the benchmarks for the success of the immunization program. According to health profile, Kupang Regency in 2018, it has a coverage rate of 37.9%, with Batakte health center having the lowest coverage rate of 0.00 percent. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, took place in November 2021 at the Batakte Health Center. The head of the Puskesmas, immunization coordinator, and cadres were the three informants in this study. The stages of data analysis include identification of the research objective group, data management and interpretation, derivation, presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that there is no vaccine management officer in the input component, limiting the effectiveness of the immunization program. Planning, targeting, coverage, vaccination needs assessment, organizing, immunization services, vaccine chain management, documentation and reporting, and monitoring and evaluation are all part of the immunization process. The targeting data is not obtained directly from the Batakte Health Centers,but through the Health Office, ensuring that target data is different from the data collected in the field. It is intended that the Batakte Health Center will appoint personnel to oversee the vaccine chain and conduct immunization training at least twice a year in order to improve the quality of immunization services]]>
