This study discusses language disorders in dysarthria or slurred sufferers. The research subject is Andini Nur Annisa, who has a slurred language disorder. This study focuses on the phonemes spoken by the subject. The method used to analyze the data is a qualitative descriptive method which is suitable for descriptive research. The results of the study provide a clear picture of slurred language disorder and the factors that influence it. The subject has phonological aspects of alternation and loss of sounds, as well as several factors that influence slurred language disorders such as disturbances due to nasal sounds, physical factors such as short tongue, and congenital factors. This study provides quite complete and clear information about language disorders in dysarthria sufferers (lisp). In addition, this research also provides useful insights into the importance of studying psycholinguistics and how language disorders can affect a person’s life.
