<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and commitment on the work performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah principals in West Lombok Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research methodology is a survey selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data shows that (1) there is a direct positive effect of training on work performance, (2) there is a direct positive effect of commitment on work performance, (3) there is a direct positive effect of training on commitment. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan komitmen terhadap prestasi kerja kepala sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Lombok Barat tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif langsung pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) ada pengaruh langsung positif komitmen terhadap prestasi kerja, (3) ada pengaruh positif langsung pelatihan terhadap komitmen.]]>
