Karst waters are the waters that have a uniqueness which can influence the organisms insidet, one of those organisms is macrozoobenthos. This study was conducted to describe the community structure of macrozoobenthos in karst waters of Klapanunggal and Ciampea, Bogor Regency, West Java. Sampling in the field carried out from February to April 2015. Sampling was conducted three times at the distance of each sampling is every 2 weeks. The Macrozoobenthos community in karst waters of Ciampea and Klapanunggal consisted of Oligochaetes (Lumbriculus sp., Tubifex sp., Peloscolex sp. and Branchiura sp.) and insecta (Ephemerella sp., Tendipes sp. and Prodiamesa sp.). The most common found macrozoobenthos in karst waters of Ciampea and Klapanunggal are from Oligochaetes with Lumbriculus sp mostly found in Ciampea and Tubifex sp. mostly found in Klapanunggal. The Macrozoobenthos of Oligochaetes can live in the waters with high organic matter content and silty substrates.
