This study aims to determine disclaimed literacy in perfecting wisdom literacy issues on the commerce of living effect in ecosystems in grade 5 scholars. The exploration system used was an are-experimental design with one group-test post-test design. The sample of this exploration is the 5th-grade scholars of SDNegeri Makasar 06 Pagi in East Jakarta. Data were anatomised using the t-test. After applying discerned literacy, the results showed a significant increase in wisdom literacy issues in the commerce of living effects in ecosystems. Delivered from the rise in the percentage of completeness, before the pre-cycle fullness was 24%; after improvement in cycle one, mastery was 46%, and in cycle two, it increased to 92%. Thus, it can be concluded that discerned literacy is effective for perfecting wisdom literacy issues in the material on the commerce of living effects in grade 5 scholars.
