The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and work placement on employee loyalty at Yasmin Banyuwangi Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were 30 employees at Yasmin Hospital. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that compensation and work placement have no positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. While the work environment has a significant positive influence on work loyalty.
