PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA DI KECAMATAN SUKAWATI GIANYAR

Abstract

Instansi pemerintahan desa memiliki peranan yang penting dalam pelaksanaan programprogram pemerintah. Perangkat desa sebagai pembantu Kepala desa dalam menjalankan pemerintahan desa haruslah dikelola dengan baik agar mencapai kinerja maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukawati Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukawati Gianyar sejumlah 188 orang pegawai, Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 128 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pimpinan masing-masing perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukawati Gianyar untuk dapat mempertahankan kinerja pegawai dengan memperhatikan faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin dari setiap pegawai. Village government institution have an important role in the implementation of government programs. Village apparatus as assistants to the village head in running village government must be managed properly in order to achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transactional leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of village apparatus in Sukawati Gianyar District. The population in this study is was all employees of village apparatus in Sukawati Gianyar District which amounted 188 employees. This study used probability sampling with a total sample of 128 employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that transactional leadership has no effect on the performance of village apparatus. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village apparatus. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village apparatus. This research has implications for the leaders of each village apparatus in Sukawati Gianyar District to be able to maintain employee performance by paying attention to leadership, motivation, discipline factor of each employee.
