Abstract

Sustainable tourism is a concept that is aspired to be realized in the tourism industry so that natural and cultural resources can be preserved and enjoyed for generations to come. This research explores a variety of tourist attractions based on local wisdom values as an effort to create sustainable tourism. Kampung Banceuy is one of the traditional villages that has various values of local wisdom which is still preserved today and is able to attract many tourists. The method used in this research is an explorative qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done by direct observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out in an interactive way and continued until completion, so that the data was saturated. The informants in this study were 9 people consisting of traditional leaders, communities, tourism managers, and tourists. The results showed that the value of local wisdom that can be a tourist attraction is village celebration events, cultural festivals, natural tourist attractions, and community life that has educational value. These various tourist attractions are not only oriented towards economic benefits but also act as a medium for the conservation of noble socio-cultural and environmental values as well as having educational value for tourists through the experience of tourism activities. The practice of the value of local wisdom that is still maintained is expected to always be passed on to the younger generation and can be of benefit to many parties, therefore this tourism activity always requires support from various parties.

Commission of Supervisor I: Dr. I Gede Riana, SE., MM, Commission of Supervisor II: Dr. Augusto Da C. Soares, SE., MM. This study aims to analysis (1) influence of the work environment on employee performance, (2) influence of the work environment on employee involvement, (3) influence of teamwork on employee performance, (4) influence of teamwork on employee involvement, (5) the effect of employee involvement on employees performance, (6) the role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship on employee performance, (7) the role of employee involvement mediates teamwork relationship to employee performance. The population in this study was 680 of all MAP employees at the Dili, the sample using the slovin formula so as to get 156. Data were analyzed using the Smart-PLS The research findings the work environment, teamwork, influence positive not significantly to employee performance. This research shows that work environment, teamwork is not able to improve employee performance. The effect of work involvement on employee performance found that involvement had a positive significant effect on employee performance. The role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship, teamwork is full mediation. Keywords: Work Environment, Teamwork, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of motivation on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste. (2) The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili Timor-Leste. (3) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste. The population in this study amounted to 33 employees who work at the Head Office of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste by determining the saturated sample of the sample with the highest to lowest respondent rates. The findings of this study are to obtain the highest average value is 42.4%. Then the lowest value obtained a value of 0.001%. Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Concern to Order dan Customer Orientation Terhadap Kedisiplinan PegawaiRektorat Universitas Udayana (Unud). Kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) selalu mendapat penilaiandari masyarakat yang menjadi pengguna jasanya. Kondisi ini merupakan sebuah tantangan sekaligusdilema yang berkepanjangan bagi aparatur negara tersebut. Studi yang bertajuk pengaruh concern toorder dan customer orientation terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai Rektorat Universitas Udayana (Unud) inimenggunakan 129 orang pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Alat uji yang digunakan menguji hipotesisadalah model regresi linear berganda dengan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitassebagai asumsi klasiknya. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanbaik oleh concern to order maupun customer orientation terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai Rektorat Unud.Implementasi hasil uji tersebut tentunya adalah peningkatan kualitas pada kedua aspek tersebut. Fokuspeningkatan untuk concern to order adalah pada pemahaman secara tepat tentang tugas-tugas dantanggungjawab pegawai. Peningkatan kualitas costumer orientation diarahkan pada pengembangankemampuan menggunakan strategi sistem informasi.Abstract: The Influence Concern to Order and Customer Orientation to Employee Discipline UdayanaUniversity Rectorate. Discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) is always in the spotlight of the public who areusers of its services. This condition is a persistent challenge and dilemma for the state apparatus. Thestudy, titled influence concern to order and customer orientation to employee discipline UdayanaUniversity Rectorate use 129 employees as the study sample. Test equipment used to test the hypothesisis multiple linear regression model to test for normality, multicollinearity test and test heterocedastisityas classical assumptions. Hypothesis test showed that there is a positive and significant effect either bythe concern to order and customer orientation to employee discipline Rectorate of Udayana University.Implementation of the results of the test course is to increase the quality of both these aspects. Focusincrease for concern to order is the proper understanding of the duties and responsibilities of employees.Improving the quality of customer orientation is directed at developing the ability to use informationsystems strategy.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan perkembangan dunia yang semakin pesat saat ini, maka setiap organisasi atau Institusi baik pemerintah maupun swasta diharapkan mampu mengelolah sum ber daya yang mereka miliki dengan baik dan benar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Administrasi di Dinas Pendidikan Baucau. Menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai Administrasi di Dinas Pendidikan Baucau, dan menanalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Administrasi di Dinas Pendidikan Baucau. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 54 pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Distrik Baucau Timor Leste.Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan interview dan kuesioner.Selanjutnya data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh yang positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Baucau Timor Leste. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi Kinerja

Abstract

Berbagai bentuk usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah bagaimana memperbaiki kesejahteraan dan kemampuan karyawan dengan kompensasi dan kompetensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kompensasi, dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah pada Direção Inspeção Geral di Kementrian Pendidikan Timor Leste. Pendekatan adalah menggunakan data dari pengedaran survey kuesioner di Direção Inspeção Geral di Kementrian Pendidikan Timor Leste. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengawas sekolah berjumlah 65 orang, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunkan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh antar varibel dependen dan varibel independen data diolah dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil analisis secara simultan variabel kompensasi, dan kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah, secara parsial kompensasi mempunyai pengarui terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah, sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah. Hasil tersebut tidak sesuai dengan hipotesis dan penelitian terdahulu bahwa variable kompensasi dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Untuk itu penelitian selanjutnya perlu menanbah variable lain dalam variable independent. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kompetensi, Kinerja Pengawas.

Abstract

Kualitas Layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komitmen organisasional sebagaipemediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Jimbarwanadengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu 35 orang karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukaninterview dan penyebaran kuesioner. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis denganmenggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkanbahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kualitas layanan, namun komitmen organisasional ditemukan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kualitaslayanan. Ditemukan pula bahwa komitmen organisasional tidak memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerjaterhadap kualitas layanan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja menjadi prediktorutama dari kualitas layanan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung dan tidak signifikan terhadapkualitas layanan melalui komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional, dan kualitas layanan

Abstract

Female Role Conflict : The Impact of Lamaholot Culture and Work Environment in Ikat Weaving Crafters in The Flores Eastern District. The development has resulted in a paradigm change of the women role in the social order at the society. The role change has an impact to the environment as a result of conflict and culture. This study is aimed to obtain the cultural influences and the working environment to role conflict. The samples of the research are 98 women who worked on the public sector. The data was collected by interview and questionnaire, then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartsPLS. Analysis results showed that the culture has a positive and significant effect to the working environment, culture has a positive effect but not significant on role conflict, and the working environment has a negative and significant effect on role conflict of women who work at the public sector. Keywords : conflict, culture, work environment

Abstract

This research aims to generate a Master plan of fisheries-based SME development concept in Bali region, in order to build Bali as the centre for production and processing of fishery products in the Coridor of Bali-Nusa Tenggara. In Year-1 of the study period, the research activities carried out includes three processes, including analysis of the potensial of SMEs, analyzes the business cycle, and identification of barriers and chalenges. By using the method of linear regression analysis, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the study result in Year-1, obtained some information about characteristics of fisheries based SMEs Bali, consisting of: 1) there is positive effect between GDP growth and energy work on the level of productivity (output value) of SMEs; 2) the need for development of fisheries-based SMEs in Bali include some operational, capital, and market access aspects. To the Bali Provincial Government, SMEs and the poblic are expected to synergize themselves, in term of institutionally, improving the quality of human recources, empowering financial institutions at the local level, as well as active participation in marketing access to the international level.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze difference in motivation, organizational commitment, and performance amongpermanent and outsourced employees, as well as the moderating effect of employment status on the influenceof motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. This research was conducted in PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar, with samples of 67 permanent employees and 67outsourced employees. Analysis technique using Anova and Moderated Regression. The results show thatthere is no significant difference between motivation and performance of permanent and outsourced employees,while there are significant difference between two kinds of employee in organizational commitment.Additionally, employee status emerges as moderating variable of influence of motivation and organizationalcommitment on employee performance. The research can become a reference for the company in improvingemployee performance in relation with employment status, motivation, and organizational commitment.
