<![CDATA[Abstract ; This study aimed to determine the principal's leadership in increasing the motivation of teachers at SMPN 1 Pa'jukukang Bantaeng population in this study were the teachers SMPN1 Pa'jukukang Bantaeng number of 31 teachers.
