Abstract

This study aims to determine how the family's economic management strategy fishing communities in Sub Tupa'biring Pangkep. Some things that will be revealed is the profile of women fishermen; the role and function of wives of fishermen in his home life; socio-cultural background conditions the wife work outside the domestic sphere; partnership relationship between husband and wife, especially in the allocation of work time and decision-making as well as its relationship with the welfare of the family.  This study is an ex post facto study, informants purposively taken as many as 50 people, consisting of 25 husbands and 25 wives. Data were collected through observation and interviews using a structured interview guide, and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative frequency table and table percentage is equipped with the interview.  The results of this study indicate that: (1) The wives of fishermen on the islands community subdistrict Tupa'biring Pangkep work involved the public domain because of socio-cultural environment supports, vice versa, the husband worked diranah domestic help. (2) The principle Sibali - Akkareso and meaning Siri ' underlying mutual cooperation between husband and wife is one with a reflection on the allocation of work time and in decision-making, this is the family's economic management strategies island communities District of Tupa'biring Pangkep, and (3) The condition of the fishing community households Tupa'biring District of the islands are in the living standards of families in One

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the application of peer tutors Junior High School, students 'motivation Sungguminasa class and to determine the presence or absence of the influence of peer tutoring to students' motivation SMP Sungguminasa. Research conducted with quantitative descriptive statistical approach. The research variables consisted of peer tutors (variable X) and motivation to learn (variable Y). The study population was as many as 560 students and a sample of 56 people. The data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques performed by descriptive statistical analysis and statistical analysis infrensial. Based on the results of this research is that peer tutors picture falls into the category of "good" and a picture of student motivation included in the category of "good". As well as the hypothesis was accepted by the peer tutors statement effect on students' motivation SMP Sungguminasa.

Abstract

Basic Islamic morality contained in the minutes of that was brought by the Prophet. Minutes of the bersumberkan Qur'an and Sunnah which is manifested by bolting and way of life of the Prophet himself. Behavior and way of life of the Prophet became a role model to follow and an example of the perfection of human life both physical and spiritual. To reach the stage of personal perfection of glory, God has a human equip with original inventory so that is, with all kinds of instincts and reasonable minds and also decorated with all kinds of science that may be a way of life for the sake of fostering civilization on this earth. Due to limited sense weaknesses and limitations in reaching aspect of nature, natural good nature mahupun supernatural reality, Allah sent down His revelation as absolute guidance for human use in fostering the life and civilization in harmony with the values of a noble character. Abstract

This study aims to ( 1 ) To obtain an overview of the efforts made to improve the professionalism of teachers in social studies education subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa Soppeng ; ( 2 ) To know what supporting factors and obstacles facing social studies education teachers in improving their professionalism in SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa Soppeng . This research is a qualitative descriptive study . Data was collected by interview , dokumentai , and observation . The population at the same time the study sample was a social studies teacher at SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa Soppeng by 3 people .The results showed that the effort to increase the professionalism of a social studies teacher at SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa Soppeng include delivery PLPG teachers in activities and also MGMPs regularly , as well as classroom visits and school visits on a regular basis and the application of the four competencies are pedagogical, personality , professional and social already well underway . This is evidenced by the achievement of effective and efficient learning .Factors that inhibit in improving the professionalism of teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa ie , facilities and infrastructure owned by SMP 3 Marioriawa Soppeng still include less because there are laboatorium ips insufficient and inadequate financing . As a contributing factor in improving the professionalism of social studies teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa is , teacher welfare ( salary increases ) certification benefits , and awards , such as outstanding teachers or teacher discipline

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate to what extent the implementation of school-based management in the State Vocational High School 3 Bantaeng., Factors that support and hinder evaluation of the implementation of school-based management in the State Vocational High School 3 Bantaeng. population in this study is principal, teachers, staff, school committee (of the community) with a total of 56 people, In this study, the sample used for the election or census saturated sampling technique, so that the sample in this study is a population which total 56 person. Held data collection techniques for observation, interview and observation and documentation. The results showed that; Application of MBS in Vocational High School 3 Bantaeng at high category, where all indicators supporting MBS have been able to work optimally. Abstract

The issue of food security, including the resilience of rural households more intense lately. This issue started  when governments or communities faced with starvation or disease headquarters with malnourished infants. Seeing this phenomenon, the paper aims to explore and determine the activity and creativity in the face of the village of Bulutellue the issue. The method used is to make observations and interviews with community. The results showed that to overcome the scarcity of basic commodities in the household, the community began to use the land around his home yard to develop plants that are needed for the sake of family consumption. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the utilization of fund school operating costs ( BOS ). The population in this study is the overall head of the schools at the basic education level elementary and junior high school and the sample was 20% of the number of elementary and junior high schools in the city of Makassar. The type of data analyzed is secondary data that is in the form of the document reports a year-long BOS LPJP made quarterly. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results of data analysis use BOS funds in schools should be based on agreements and joint decision between BOS School Management Team, Board of Teachers, and School Committee should be listed as one source of revenue in RKAS / budgets, in addition to the funds obtained from the local government or other sources legitimate. The agreement use of the funds (and other funds such ) should be put in writing in the form of meeting minutes are attached to the signature of all participants who attended the meeting. From all the BOS funds received by schools, schools are required to use some of those funds to buy textbooks or replace damaged. Books must be purchased at the primary level is the book subjects Religious Education, and Arts subjects and skills, while the junior level is the book of Social Sciences subjects and subjects of Information and Communication Technology. Use of the funds for transportation and money tired for civil service teachers are allowed only in the course of a school activity other than the obligation of teaching hours. Magnitude or unit costs for transportation and money tired civil servant teachers on duty outside the teaching hours be within reasonable limits. Local Government shall issue a regulation on the acceptable limit in each area taking into account socio-economic factors, geographical factors and other factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine what are the factors that cause learning difficulties students in social studies and what are the efforts that teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties in social studies subjects in SMP Negeri 4 Makassar. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. While based on the sources and types of data in this study there are two , namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by researchers is the result of interviews with school principals, teachers Field of Social Studies, Teacher BK, and some students and IX5 VIII7 class, while secondary data obtained from the archives, as well as documents obtained by investigators. The data collection techniques in this study using the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation, then dianilisis with qualitative descriptive technique.The results showed that the factors that cause learning difficulties students in social studies subjects in SMP 4 Makassar is the internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include sick / unhealthy body, talents, interests, and motivations. While external factors include teachers, factors equipment / facilities, a school and a lack of discipline, as well as the factor of mass media and social environment. Of several factors that are found in the field, the most dominant factors that cause learning difficulties students in social studies originated from the students themselves are factors of interest, and the efforts of teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties in social studies subjects in SMP 4 Makassar is the selection of appropriate learning methods, providing training in the form of homework, increase student interest, and to cooperate with the school and engage with the parents.

Abstract

Abstract: effective speed reading has a very important role, because with the fast reading and reading comprehension ability of a person qualified to master science and technology. Indonesian reading habits unfavorable impact negatively on the level of legibility of a person or a student. To overcome this much needed effort and creativity of teachers. Klos in the application of the method of learning to read is one way to solve the problem. The research objective of this class action is to increase the Effective Speed Reading (KEM) using methods klos class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. This classroom action research takes place in SMA Negeri 3 Makassar class XI IPA 2, the number of students 40 students. Implementation of the activities carried out through three cycles. Before the first cycle carried out the need for pre-action, namely the identification of methods klos and Effective Speed Reading (KEM), then implemented the first cycle as the application of methods klos, as the implementation of the implementation of the second cycle klos method, and the third cycle as the consolidation phase. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis that is used for the qualitative data obtained from observations of students and teachers during learning in the classroom, and quantitative analysis used to test Effective Speed Reading (KEM) students by using klos. Results of the study in the first cycle readability level is still low, due to the effective speed average reading rate of 87 words per minute with 18% Independent, Instruktional rate of 38% and 44% in frustration. In the second cycle results of the study experienced a positive change which effectively speeds average reading rate of 150 words per minute with 78% Independent, Instructional rate of 18%, and the frustration level of 4%. Results of the study in the third cycle experienced an average consolidation Effective Speed Reading (KEM) 210 wpm with independent level of 100%. The result showed that the activity of learning to read faster by using klos can increase Effective Speed Reading (KEM) students

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the relationship between the teacher competency economic subjects with school climate This research is a quantitative survey research design that uses a "cross sectional survey". This study also categorized descriptive correlational study using product moment correlation analysis. Subjects (population) studies are is a teacher of economic subjects in Makassar SMAN 48 teachers economic subjects. Data collection was performed using techniques, questionnaire, then the data were analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques and techniques Product Moment Correlation. Picture of teacher competence variables of economic subjects according to the perception of teachers of economic subjects in the high category with components of pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence, is a component of teacher competency economic subjects in the National High School se Makassar.Overview variables according to teachers' perceptions of school climate conducive to the component category limitations, obstacles, passion, intimacy, keberjarakan, pressure on the results, encouragement, consideration and tolerance is a component of school climate in National High School se Makassar There is a significant correlation between teacher competence of economic subjects, the system reward / compensation to the school climate. The results of this study indicate that the better the relationship of teacher competence of economic subjects, the school would be more conducive climate.
