<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the costs, revenues, profits, profitability, efficiency and added value of cassava chips agroindustry in Tanahmas Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. The data processing method used in this study is the Hayami method to analyze the added value and profit, while the R/C is used to determine the efficiency of the cassava chips agroindustry. The results obtained that the total cost incurred in the cassava chips agroindustry was Rp. 9,192,847,- per month. The income obtained from the cassava chips agroindustry per month is Rp. 21,000,000, - with the profit earned per month of Rp. 11,807.15, -. The cassava chips agro-industry business in Tanahmas Village, Talang Kelapa District, can be said to be efficient where the R/C value is 2.28 with an added value of Rp. 9,622 per kg. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kasus dimana objek kasus adalah agroindustri rumah tangga di Desa Tanahmas Kecamatan Talang kelapa. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Hayami untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dan keuntungan, sedangkan untuk melihat efisien tidaknya usaha agroindustri keripik singkong menggunakan R/C. Hasil penelitian diperoleh total biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam usaha agroindustri keripik singkong sebesar Rp 9.192.847,- per bulan, Penerimaan yang diperoleh dari usaha agroindustri keripik singkong per bulan sebesar Rp 21.000.000,- dan keuntungan yang di peroleh per bulan Rp 11.807.15,-. Usaha agroindustri keripik singkong di Desa Tanahmas Kecamatan Talang Kelapa dapat dikatakan sudah efisien dimana nilai R/C sebesar 2,28 dengan nilai tambah yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 9.622 per kg.
