<![CDATA[Using a normative approach of this study is expected to find a permanentlegal political and incidental in the supervision of the constitutional judges.Based on primary legal materials and secondary conclude that in order topreserve and uphold the honor, dignity, and the behavior of the judge isrequired to supervise the attitude constitutional judges to match the code ofethics and code of conduct so that each verdict was implemented in order toenforce the law and justice based on Pancasila and the Constitution of theYear 1945 as a permanent legal political supervision of the constitutionaljudges. While the legal political incidental that the choice is a) Conduct ofjudges of the Constitutional supervised by the Board of Ethics establishedthe Constitutional Court, while on judges reported or suspected violations ofcode of ethics and / or code of conduct of judges of the Constitutionalformed Honorary Council Constitutional Court whose establishment isproposed Ethics Council, with carry out the tasks and functions as judicialethics; and b).
