In the Water Treatment Plant Warehouse Construction Project Size 12 x 9 m2 in Rasau Kuning. In this project, the calculation of the budget plan is still using the conventional method. Therefore, this study aims to calculate the budget plan using the BIM method and compare it with the conventional method. Because in Indonesia itself there are still very few companies that use the Building Information Modeling (BIM) system. The purpose of the study was to determine the results of the comparison of the Budget Plan Calculation (RAB) using the conventional method and the BIM method. using the sketchup program with the help of Quantifier pro. The results of the study obtained differences in volume in almost all work items. The difference in the volume of work that occurs greatly affects the cost of work, where the difference in the total cost of work obtained is 9,12%. The conclusion obtained from the calculation results, the total Cost Budget Plan obtained from the sketchup program is Rp. 403.364.301,-, while the total budget obtained by the conventional method is Rp. 443.823.976,-. From these results obtained a difference of Rp. 40.459.675,52.- or 9,12%. Abstrak Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gudang Water Treatment Plant Ukuran 12 x 9 m2 di Rasau Kuning. Pada proyek tersebut, perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung rencana anggaran biaya dengan menggunakan metode BIM dan membandingkannya dengan metode konvesional. Karena di Indonesia sendiri masih sangat sedikit perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem Building Information Modeling (BIM) tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hasil perbandingan Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran (RAB) dengan menggunakan metode konvensional dan metode BIM. menggunakan program sketchup dengan bantuan Quantifier Pro. Hasil penelitian didapat perbedaan volume dihampir semua item pekerjaan. Perbedaan volume pekerjaan yang terjadi sangat berpengaruh terhadap biaya pekerjaan, dimana perbedaan total biaya pekerjaan yang diperoleh sebesar 9,12%.. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan, Rencana Anggaran Biaya total yang diperoleh dari program sketchup adalah sebesar Rp. 403.364.301,- ,sedangkan total anggaran biaya yang diperoleh dengan metode konvensional sebesar Rp. 443.823.976,-. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh selisih sebesar Rp. 40.459.675,52,- atau sebesar 9,12%.
