Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of demand for the Palopo City Community for Parcel Post Delivery Services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Observations, interviews, and questionnaires all contributed to the data collection of this study. Research participants in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palopo City. The analysis was carried out using SPSS 25 which is the program. From the results of this study indicate that, income significantly and favorably affects the demand for delivery services. The demand for delivery services is significantly and profitably affected by service quality. The demand for delivery services is significantly and positively influenced by the price level.
