Therefore, humans as social beings cannot live alone, they have to work with one another. cooperation can take place when the individuals concerned have the same interests and have the awareness to work together to achieve their interests, while labor is the main capital as well as the implementation of Pancasila community development. The most important goal of community development is the welfare of the people, including workers, workers as executors of development must be guaranteed their rights, regulated their obligations and developed their usefulness. The formulation of the problem that the researchers found from these three factors, one of which the researchers found was that the labor factor played a role that was no less important when compared to other supporting factors, this was supported by a very high population, this aspect was one of the most important assets. Considering that the labor factor in the development process must be considered, therefore efforts are needed to guide, direct and protect the workforce to create prosperity related to what they do. Based on the description from the introduction to the discussion, the authors draw the conclusion that the implementation of salaries is based on regional minimum wage regulations (UMR) by the City Coffee Shop BaraBiru and as for the constraints and efforts of Coffee Shop BaraBiru entrepreneurs to realize employee welfare, but the situation or income side has not been able to cover income according to UMR standard, business owners themselves have not been able to pay the workers according to the standards set.Keywords: Legal Protection, Labor, Salary, Wages, Coffee ShopAbstrakNegara Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang berkembang dan banyak mempunyai penduduk yang beragam mulai dari agama suku dan budayanya semakin banyaknya penduduk semakin susah juga untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan melalui pekerjaan yang ditekuninya oleh karena itu manusia sebagai makhluk sosial tidak bisa hidup sendiri mereka harus bekerja sama satu sama lain kerja sama dapat berlangsung manakala individu-individu yang bersangkutan memiliki kepentingan yang sama dan memiliki kesadaran untuk bekerja sama guna mencapai kepentingan mereka tersebut, adapun tenaga kerja merupakan modal utama serta pelaksanaan dari pembangunan masyarakat Pancasila tujuan terpenting dari pembangunan masyarakat tersebut adalah kesejahteraan rakyat termasuk tenaga kerja, tenaga kerja sebagai pelaksana pembangunan harus dijamin haknya diatur kewajibannya dan dikembangkan daya gunanya. Rumusan masalah yang peneliti temukan dari ketiga faktor tersebut adapun salah satu yang peneliti temukan ialah faktor tenaga kerja merupakan peranan yang tidak kalah penting jika dibandingkan dengan faktor penunjang lainnya, hal ini didukung oleh penduduk yang sangat tinggi aspek tersebut merupakan salah satu modal yang sangat penting “Mengingat faktor tenaga kerja dalam proses pembangunan ini harus diperhatikan, oleh karena itu diperlukan usaha untuk membimbing, mengarahkan serta perlindungan bagi tenaga kerja untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan yang berkaitan dengan apa yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan uraian dari pendahuluan sampai pembahasan maka penulis menarik kesimpulan Bahwa pelaksanaan gaji berdasarkan aturan upah minimum regional (UMR) oleh Coffee Shop BaraBiru kota dan adapun kendala dan upaya pengusaha Coffee Shop BaraBiru untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan karyawan akan tetapi situasi atau sisi pendapatan belum bisa menutupi pendapatan sesuai standart UMR, pemilik usaha sendiri belum mampu membayar para pekerja sesuai standart yang ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, Tenaga Kerja, Gajih, Upah, Coffee Shop]]>
