<![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to analyze the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Itjend Kemendes PDTT) during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. There has been a change in the work system within the government due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Government agencies that usually work in offices, because of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), all offices are asked to work from home or work from home (WFH). This is the first time this has been implemented in a government agency. The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Villages PDTT is the part that supervises, monitors, and evaluates performance and finances within the Ministry of Villages PDTT. This research method is descriptive and qualitative using the NVivo 12 application. Data collection techniques are by direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of ASN at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Villages PDTT during the Covid-19 pandemic went well. This can be seen from 1) The work skills of ASN Kemendes PDTT increased during WFH; 2) Cooperation continues online; 3) More flexible use of time when WFH; 4) Facilities and infrastructure are not fully supported for WFH; 5) and lastly, adapting to the ASN environment very adapting to the pandemic situation and WFH.
