Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Jenis sumber data berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang diolah dengan alat analisis berupa deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dalam kesiapan perpindahan IKN terdapat beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya kekuatan TNI di Pulau Kalimantan belum optimal, lemahnya Sistem pertahanan Indonesia di bidang kemaritiman dan masih kurangnya sinergitas antara institusi pemerintahan dengan operator atau stakeholder terkait. Upaya penyelesaian berupa perubahan gelar kekuatan TNI untuk keamanan ibu kota baru, serta perubahan strategi dalam menjaga keamanan dan pertahanan. Permasalahan kurangnya sinergitas antara institusi pemerintahan dengan operator atau stakeholder terkait, dapat dilakukan upaya peningkatan kerjasama di berbagai kegiatan. This study analyzes the strategies undertaken in dealing with the relocation of the National Capital (IKN). This research is descriptive qualitative research using a case study approach. Types of data sources in the form of observation and in-depth interviews with informants were processed with analytical tools in the form of descriptive analysis. The research results obtained show that in readiness for the transfer of IKN there are several problems, including the TNI's strength on Kalimantan Island that is not optimal, the Indonesian defense system is weak in the maritime field and there is still a lack of synergy between government institutions and related operators or stakeholders. Efforts to resolve this are in the form of changing the title of TNI forces for the security of the new capital city, as well as changing strategies in maintaining security and defence.
