<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Domba merupakan salah satu komoditas ternak penghasil daging yang menyebar di seluruh Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui total cemaran bakteri pada daging domba. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa jumlah cemaran bakteri pada daging domba dipasar tradisional Hamparan Perak terdapat 1 dari 6 sampel yang tercemar atau terkontaminasi Eschericia.coli dan Salmonella sp. Sebagian besar memiliki angka cemaran yang melebih batas maksimal cemaran mikroba standar SNI. Kata kunci: Domba; Eschericia.coli; Salmonella sp. ABSTRACT Sheep is one of the meat-producing livestock commodities that spread throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the total bacterial contamination in lamb meat. The research method used is descriptive. Based on the results of the study that the amount of bacterial contamination in lamb meat at the Hamparan Perak traditional market, there was 1 out of 6 samples that were contaminated or contaminated with E.coli and Salmonella sp.
