Business ventures like this are actually businesses that are mutually beneficial to the parties, both the company providing the job contracting and the company receiving the job contracting and the workers in it. However, it is very unfortunate because of the lack of legal knowledge of workers and the lack of supervision from the government, so often the rights of workers are taken away by rogue companies.
