Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Fasilitas Bidan terhadap Ketepatan dalam Merujuk Pasien di RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara

This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge and facilities of midwives and accuracy in referring. The design of this research is descriptive corelative with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 30 respondents, taken from respondents who are willing to be the object of research, using total sampling. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, namely univariate and bivariate (chi square). The results of the study showed that some of the respondents, namely 14 people (46.6%), were not quite right in referring patients. There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of midwives and the accuracy in referring patients, with the results of the analysis (p <0.05) p= 0.000, and there is a significant relationship between the midwife's facilities and the accuracy in referring patients, with the results of the analysis p= 0.005 at a significance level of 95% (? = 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between the lack of knowledge of midwives and midwife facilities that are not available with accuracy in referring patients.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan Fasilitas Bidan terhadap Ketepatan dalam Merujuk Desain penelitian ini adalah Deskriptive Corelative dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 30 responden, diambil dari responden yang bersedia menjadi objek penelitian, dengan menggunakan Total sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Analisis data melalui dua tahapan yaitu univariat dan bivariat (chi square). Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian responden yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (47%) kurang tepat dalam merujuk pasien. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Pengetahuan bidan dengan ketepatan dalam merujuk pasien, dengan hasil analisis (p < 0,05)  p= 0,000,  dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Fasilitas bidan dengan ketepatan dalam merujuk pasien, dengan hasil analisis p= 0,005  pada taraf signifikasi 95% (?= 0,05). Simpulannya adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Pengetahuan bidan yang kurang dan Fasilitas bidan yang tidak tersedia dengan ketepatan dalam merujuk pasien.
