<![CDATA[This Community Service aimed to increase the knowledge and behavior of elderly cadres at the Durenan Health Center, through counseling activities about stroke and stroke prevention methods, stroke exercise training, stroke exercise assistance, and evaluation. Stroke rehabilitation programs, such as stroke exercise, aim to improve muscle control and increase the flexibility of stiff muscles. In general, three types of activities were carried out during this period. The result of the implementation of this community service was the provision of health education and training regarding stroke physical exercises to prevent stroke. The evaluation result showed that the elderly cadres were able to carry out the stroke exercise properly and correctly without a model. Activities carried out during the implementation of community service were health education activities for the elderly, the implementation of routine stroke exercises by elderly cadres to the members of the integrated-service post, and the assessment of the knowledge level of cadres]]>
