A development of the business world is currently growing rapidly, so that companies are expected to be able to use human resources as well as possible. Human resource management is intended so that a company is able to unite the perceptions or perspectives of employees and leaders in order to achieve organizational goals, among others, by providing work motivation, guidance, direction and good coordination in working by a leader to his subordinates.
