AbstrakPT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perindustrian jamu dan farmasi, perdagangan, pengangkutan darat, jasa, dan pertanian. Terdapat banyak unit di dalam perusahaan, salah satunya adalah unit serbuk instan dan sediaan pangan (SISP) yang bertugas untuk memproduksi berbagai sediaan pangan yang hasil akhirnya serbuk siap pakai Unit SISP memiliki beberapa pekerjaan yang menutut operator untuk menuangkan dan mengangkat beban secara manual. Beberapa alat produksi yang digunakan juga tidaklah ergonomis, sehingga akan dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut kepada seluruh operator di unit SISP untuk menemukan permasalahan terkait postur kerja. Akan digunakan 2 metode, yaitu metode Nordic Body Map (NBM) yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui keluhan pada tubuh operator dan metode Quick Exposure Check (QEC) berfungsi sebagai penilaian/ analisis pada sikap kerja operator. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa lokasi tubuh paling sakit terdapat di pinggang dengan persentase 82,26% dan beban postur kerja terparah mencapai 97%.Kata Kunci: Nordic Body Map, Quick Exposure Check, Operator Produksi, SISPAbstract[Working Posture Analysis of Serbuk Instan dan Sediaan Pangan (SISP) Unit Operators Using Nordic Body Map (NBM) and Quick Exposure Check (QEC) Methods] PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk is a company engaged in the herbal and pharmaceutical industry, trade, land transportation, services, and agriculture. There are many units within the company, one of which is instant powder and preparation (SISP) which stores various food preparations which are finally ready for use. The SISP unit has several jobs that require operators to pour and lift loads manually. Some of the production equipment used will also be ergonomic, so that further research is carried out on all operators in the SISP unit to find problems related to work posture. Two methods will be used, namely the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method which is used to find out complaints on the operator's body and the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method which functions as an assessment/analysis of the operator's work attitude. After doing the research, it was found that the location of the body that hurts the most is at the waist with a percentage of 82.26% and the worst work posture burden reaches 97%.Key Word: Nordic Body Map, Quick Exposure Check, Production Operator, SIS
