This study to determine how the role of leadership style on employe job satisfaction at PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP). This research was conducted with a qualitative method and with an ethnographic approach that enables researchers to find sources of truth are found directly of this research are employes who have worked for a long time and have experience in PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP). Based on the results of the study, it was found that job satisfaction was created in employes through the Assistant Head of PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP) who had a personal role (Interpersonal Role) as a Figure Head Leader, and Liaison in accordance with the theory put forward by Henry Mintzbeng (1973), through the attitude of the Asisstant Head who responsible, authoritative, and fair. Another role it has as a source of information (Informational Role) asnMonitor and Desiminator, Spoke Person. And another role that is also owned by the Assistant Head of PT. Karya Sukses Utama Prima (PT. KSUP) is the role in decision makingasan Entrepreneur Disturbance Handler, Resource, Allocation and Negotiator.
