<![CDATA[Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawam pada PT Trugunung Padutama di Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan quisioner/ daftar pertanyaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari jumlah responden karyawan PT. Trigunung Padutama di Bandar Lampung sebanyak 28 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan metode regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan analisa kuantitatif persamaan regresi diperoleh diperoleh Fasilitas Kerja akan diikuti oleh variabel Disiplin Kerja sebesar 0,909 point. Kontribusi R Square sebesar 0.705 berarti Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai sebesar 70,50 persen, sedangkan sisanya ditentukan oleh variabel lain. This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities on employee work discipline at PT Trugunung Padutama in Bandar Lampung. Data collection used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires/list of questions. The population in this study consisted of the number of respondents employees of PT. Trigunung Padutama in Bandar Lampung as many as 28 people. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression method. Based on the analysis of the quantity of regression gain obtained by Work Facilities will be followed by the Work Discipline variable of 0.909 points.
