<![CDATA[This research is categorized as classroom action research that conducted by the head school in effort increase class teacher competency at SD Negeri 87/IX Kunangan Regency Muaro Jambi via Academic Supervision in the Second Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. On this research held action because there are two cycles. In cycle I , the Principal's observation results obtained an average score of 3.40, teacher observations obtained an average score of 3.17, and the results of academic supervision in class obtained an average score of 68.56. Meanwhile, in cycle II , the principal's observation results obtained an average score of 4.60, teacher observations obtained an average score of 4.50, and the results of academic supervision in class obtained an average score of 83.6 . Revisions and improvements to activities do not need to be carried out because the research has succeeded in achieving the indicators that have been achieved set. Study School Action (PTS) was declared "Successful" and stopped in cycle II]]>
