<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompetensi profesional guru dan kelengkapan fasilitas belajar dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa melalui motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 114 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Sukatani Kabupaten Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner online melalui google form dan data hasil penelitian diolah dengan software SMART-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kompetensi profesional guru. Motivasi berprestasi juga dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kelengkapan fasilitas belajar. Motivasi berprestasi dapat menjadi penghubung antara kompetensi profesional guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Motivasi berprestasi juga dapat menjadi penghubung antara kelengkapan fasilitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teacher professional competence and the completeness of learning facilities in influencing student learning outcomes through achievement motivation. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 114 students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukatani, Kabupaten Bekasi. Data collection used an online questionnaire through the Google form and the research data were processed using SMART-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation is positively influenced by the professional competence of teachers. Achievement motivation is also positively influenced by the completeness of learning facilities. Achievement motivation can be a link between teacher professional competence and student learning outcomes.
