Abstract

This paper provides a comprehensive examinations of short run market overreaction and price reversals at Jakarta Stock Exchange from April 1997 to August 2006 and  performs stock forecasting to predict the trend line using two kind of technique that is moving average and exponential moving average.  Moreover, researcher test investor’s possibility to profit from overreaction phenomenon conducted by comparing cumulative abnormal return of loser stock with average relative bid ask spread using t-test for paired data and by applying simple trading rule.     The result does not indicate significant price reversal of winner stocks on first day after the event date, but loser stock experience positive abnormal return one day after the event.  From profit making perspective, the result indicates that after considering transaction cost traders can not earn profit from these reversals. Key words:Market Overreaction, Price Reversals

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan dan modal minimal investasi terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan studi kasus pada UKM Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal (KSPM). Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu jumlah keseluruhan populasi UKM Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal (KSPM) sebanya 67 orang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian dan hasil dari pengumpulan kuesioner tersebut dari data kualitatif menjadi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data dari responden tersebut akan diolah menggunakan software smartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan modal minimal investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi.Kata kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Modal Minimal, Minat Investasi, Pasar Modal Indonesia The Effect of Financial Literation and Minimum Capital on Investment Interest in StudentsABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and minimal investment capital on students' interest to invest in the Indonesian capital market. This research uses a case study on SME Capital Market Study Group (KSPM). The sampling method in this study uses a saturated sample that is the total population of the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) consists of 67 people. This type of research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a research instrument and the results of collecting the questionnaire from qualitative data to quantitative using a Likert scale. Data from these respondents will be processed using smartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and minimal investment capital have a positive effect on investment interest.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Minimal Capital, Investment Interest, Indonesian Capital Market

Abstract

Culinary business which includes businesses such as restaurants, cafes, and food stalls shows that the business sector is experiencing positive growth. So also happened in the area of West Java Province in particular, the growth in the number of restaurants, cafés and food stalls also shows that the rate of growth is rapid. This indicates the competition in that business sector is also getting tougher. To overcome the increasingly fierce competition, an effort is needed to overcome that thing and strive to prioritize to the consumers. One effort that can be done by business people is to create a consumer-oriented marketing strategy. This research will analyze two factors that are thought to influence consumer loyalty, namely Promotion Strategy and Service Quality Strategies.Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient between the Promotion Strategy and Service Quality together on Consumer Loyalty in Saung Wulan Restaurant Entrepreneurs, is positive with a very strong level of relationship that is equal to 0.866 and after being tested by hypothesis with the F test the correlation has a significant relationship.Then the regression coefficient test results also showed a straight and positive relationship seen from the contribution of Promotion Strategy and Service Quality variables to Consumer Loyalty in Saung Wulan Restaurant Entrepreneurs, which is equal to: Y = 22,562 + 0,702X1 + 1,551 X2. Keywords:Promotion Strategy, Service Quality and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

A leader as an individual is a personality dealing with a number of other individuals, each of whom is also a personality. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows.Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on online platform-based business activities in Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, using secondary data sources from research results, references and online news related to research. The study period was conducted from January to mid-April 2020. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. It was found that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, clustered in 3 business activity states, first the business survived or stable, the second business declined and the third business flourished. Stable business through adjusting interaction models using online application platforms is education, especially for food / beverage delivery and basic needs, and health products. The declining business is based on visits or the presence of consumers in places heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, such as public transportation, tourism, hospitality, offline retail, shopping centers, transportation of people and goods. Businesses that are developing due to market dynamics and interaction adjustments using online application platforms such as telecommunications business, online shopping (basic needs and health products), pharmaceuticals, health products, including MSMEs that have switched innovatively to produce health products needed in the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Covid-19, Business, Online Platform. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukenali dan menganalisis dampak pandemic Covid-19 terhadap kegiatan Bisnis berbasis platform online di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan sumber data sekunder dari hasil riset, referensi dan pemberitaan online yang terkait dengan penelitian. Waktu penelitian Januari sampai pertengahan April 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Ditemukan bahwa dampak pandemic Covid-19, terkluster pada 3 keaadaan aktivitas bisnis, pertama bisnis bertahan atau stabil, kedua bisnis yang menurun dan ketiga bisnis berkembang. Bisnis yang stabil melalui penyesuaian model interaksi menggunakan platform aplikasi online adalah pendidikan, terutama untuk hantaran makan/minuman dan kebutuhan pokok, dan produk kesehatan. Bisnis yang menurun adalah yang berbasis kunjungan atau keberadaan konsumen di tempat sangat terdampak dari pandemi Covid-19, seperti angkutan umum, pariwisata, perhotelan, ritel offline, pusat perbelanjaan, angkutan orang dan barang. Bisnis yang berkembang karena dinamika pasar dan penyesuaian interaksi menggunakan platform aplikasi online seperti bisnis telekomunikasi, belanja online (kebutuhan pokok dan produk  kesehatan), farmasi, produk kesehatan, termasuk UMKM yang beralih secara inovatif memproduksi produk kesehatan yang dibutuhkan dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci: Covid-19, Bisnis, Platform online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank.Penelitian dilakukan pada nasabah Bank wilayah Jakarta Timur dengan mengambil 100 nasabah sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesionar kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji_T.Penelitian menghasilkan model persamaan linear ganda Y = 2,906 + 0,431X1 + 0,439X2. Model tersebut memenuhi kelayakan model karena kualitas pelayanan dan promosi mampu menjelaskan 80,4% kepuasan nasabah. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan arah positif, sebesar b1 = 0,431,  artinya semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan nasabah bank. promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan arah positif sebesar b2 = 0,439, artinya semakin tinggi promosi maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan nasabah bank. Kata kunci:Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, Kepuasan

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjawab perumusan masalah a) Apakah terdapat hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru? b) Apakah terdapat hubungan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru? c) Apakah terdapat hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi terhadap  Kinerja Guru?Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka terhadap kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah, motivasi Kerja dan Kinenrja Guru. Metode yang dilakukan dengan memperguakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitaif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan variabel Motivasi (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja Guru.Saran yang ditujukan adalah harus meningkatkan kepemimpinan, meningkatkan motivasi dan meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain factual and conceptual information about how much influence Transparency and Accountability Against Corporate Performance And Its Impact on Competitiveness.The population in this study were all employees of PT Jasa Layanan Pemeliharaan as many as 152 people. The technique used is the technique Observations / survey using a questionnaire (questionnaire) of the respondents. Sampling using random sampling, and the number of samples taken is determined as 110 respondents / employees. The model developed in this study consists of three hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling of the statistical program SPSS and AMOS 21 as a tool of analysis.Research results derived from the survey results and the processing and analysis of data, obtained by multiple linear regression model standardized Y (ɳ1) = 0.387ξ1 + 0.637ξ2 + ErrorVar = 0.000009, R² = 0.9999, which means that the HR Strategy affect the Company's performance with coefficient by g1 = 0.387; P value = 0.001; CR = 3,595 and Financial Strategy affect the Company's performance with a coefficient of g2 = 0637; P value = 0.001; C.R = 5341. While Effect on Corporate Performance Company Competitiveness shown in the standardized linear regression model; Competitiveness (ɳ2) = 0956 + Errorvar ɳ1 = 0.000676; R² = 0.999324 with a regression coefficient of β = 0956; P value = 0.001; CR = 8418 means the better the company's performance will increase the Company's Competitiveness. Keywords:Transparency, Accountability, Performance, Competitiveness

Abstract

Product quality, price and brand equity are factors that greatly influence consumer decision making for the purchase of a product or service. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and brand equity on donut purchasing decisions at J.Co. Donuts & Coffee Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The population in this study is the people of Bekasi City who make donut purchases in J.Co. Donuts & Coffee Metropolitan Bekasi Mall and samples were taken were 88 people. The results showed that product quality, price and brand equity partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on donut purchasing decisions at J.Co. Donuts & Coffee Metropolitan Mall Bekasi.Keywords: product quality, price, and brand equity influence purchasing decisions Kualitas produk, harga dan ekuitas merek adalah faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen untuk pembelian produk atau jasa. Abstract

Pondok Pesantren menyimpan potensi besar untuk menjadi wadah pengembangan usaha. Dengan pasar sasaran para santri yang menetap di dalam pesantren, memungkinkan semua kebutuhan mereka dipenuhi secara mandiri. Dalam perkembangannya, banyak pesantren telah mengembangkan unit bisnisnya sendiri. Orientasi sebuah bisnis adalah keuntungan. Namun demikian, pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan juga berfungsi memberikan wadah kewirausahaan bagi para santri.Terdapat empat fungsi manajemen yang menjadi landasan dari sebuah bisnis, yaitu manajemen operasi dan produksi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran. Empat fungsi manajemen inilah yang menjadi indikator penelitian. Penelitian mengambil sampel sebanyak tiga buah unit bisnis pesantren yang mempunyai karakter berbeda, yaitu unit bisnis ritel Pesantren Darunnajah Alfamart, Unit Bisnis Bookshop Pesantren Manahijussaadat, Banten, dan Unit Bisnis Pabrik Roti Mizmalika Pesantren Putri Al-Mizan Banten.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus melihat berbagai fenomena dan fakta-fakta aktual yang ada di tempat penelitian untuk dianalisisi dan diambil kesimpulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan mulai bulan Januari s.d. Juni 2017.Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat tiga model pengelolaan (manajemen) unit bisnis pesantren, yaitu model pengelolaan bisnis untuk pendidikan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan bisnis semi professional, dan pengelolaan bisnis professional. Ketiga model ini memiliki tujuan yang berbeda antara satu dengan yang lain dan cocok diterapkan dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan dan sumber daya yang ada pada setiap pesantren Kata kunci:Manajemen, Unit Bisis, Pesantren
