<![CDATA[Kinerja pegawai yang maksimal memerlukan faktor-faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri pegawai yaitu kompetensi kecerdasan emosi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Tujun dalam penelitian yang ingin di tampilkan oleh peneliti ingin mengetahui secara simultan Bagai mana pengaruh akecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Imigrasi kelas 1 khusus TPI Jakarta Utara. Sampel yang di gunakan sejumlah 64 pegawai mewakili populsi yang ada. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan dalam metode menganalisis data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini secara parsial masing-masing variabel semuanya berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Semakin tinggi pegawai mengelola kecerdasan emosinya, meningkatkan disiplin kerja serta mempunyai motivasi yang tingga bisa berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawaiThe maximum employee performance that occurs is the presence of factors originating from within the employee, namely the competence of emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation. The objective of the research that the researcher wants to display is to find out simultaneously how emotional intelligence, work discipline and work motivation affect employee performance at the Class 1 Immigration Office, especially TPI, North Jakarta. The sample used was 64 employees representing the existing population. Multiple regression analysis is used in the method of analyzing data. The results in this study partially each variable all influence positively and significantly. The higher the employee manages his emotional intelligence, increases work discipline and has high motivation can affect employee performance.]]>
