Adherence to medicine is one of the supporting factors in the success of the healing process, in addition to environmental and behavioral aspects. Compliance in treatment is defined as the behavior of patients who obey all advice and instructions recommended by medical personnel, such as doctors and pharmacists, regarding everything that must be done to achieve treatment goals, one of which is adherence to taking medication. This community service activity is to carry out the Implementation of Drug Information Media on Compliance with Taking Medicines for Outpatients at the Petaling Health Center. The method used is the direct implementation of drug information media for outpatients in collaboration with Petaling Health Center. The results of the activities in the field showed a change in behavior in the intermediate category from 23.5% to 33.3%. Most of the patients showed low category behavior. This implementation method provides changes in patient behavior when taking medicine.
