Sexual violence is a phenomenon that is considered very controversial because it is a case that harms anyone, be it the victim, the perpetrator, or the person handling the violence case. This means that if you become a victim, you will damage yourself mentally, physically, socially, and vice versa. The research approach used by the author is descriptive. Descriptive research is a form of research that describes natural and man-made phenomena. Then the author uses qualitative research that is naturalistic because this research will be carried out naturally. Several theories and concepts were studied to become the basis for analyzing each case study, especially in analyzing how International Relations views cases of sexual violence against children.
