Community empowerment to increase knowledge about TB is key in overcoming the challenges faced by this disease. The method of implementing community service activities in the form of counseling efforts to provide understanding for the community about tuberculosis using demonstrations and role play. The result of community service is that there is an increase in public knowledge that the community will have a better understanding of TB, including symptoms, modes of transmission, and preventive measures. It can be concluded that there is an increase in public knowledge that people will have a better understanding of TB, including symptoms, modes of transmission, and preventive measures. Collaboration between academic institutions, government, NGOs, and local communities is key to success in implementing education strategies and awareness campaigns.
