<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana tempat kerja mempengaruhi kinerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja. Analisis jalur merupakan strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang mengambil pendekatan kuantitatif. Software SPSS Versi 23 berfungsi sebagai alat penelitian ini. Tempat Faktor kerja X, Disiplin Z, dan Kinerja Y digunakan dalam penelitian ini. 117 karyawan dari Security PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor Karawang menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh tempat kerja. Disiplin dipengaruhi oleh tempat kerja. Selain itu, kinerja dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja. Secara individu dan kolektif, lingkungan tempat mempengaruhi kinerja dan disiplin. Sehingga suasana tempat kerja mempengaruhi disiplin kerja yang mempengaruhi seberapa baik kinerja karyawan.The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment on work discipline, to find out how work discipline influences performance, how the workplace influences performance, work discipline and performance. Path analysis is a data analysis used in this research that takes a quantitative approach with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. SPSS Version 23 software functions as a tool for this research. The variables used in this research are work environment (X), discipline (Y) and performance (Z). The sample used in this research was 117 employees from Security PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor Karawang is the sample for this research. The results of this research have findings showing that the work environment has a significant influence on. Discipline has an influence on the work environment. Apart from that, performance is also influenced by work discipline. In simultaneous testing, the work environment has an influence on performance and discipline. So the atmosphere of the workplace influences work discipline which influences how well employees perform.]]>
