Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan observasi berkaitan dengan rendahnya kinerja para pegawai pengelola keuangan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, hal tersebut dikarenakan rendahnya tanggung jawab pegawai terhadap pekerjaan, kurangnya kerjasama antar pegawai, reward yang masih kurang, pendidikan yang berbeda, kurangnya pengetahuan pegawai dan sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja para pegawai pengelola keuangan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang sebanyak 32 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dan survei eksplanatory, variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu pelatihan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) serta variabel terikat yaitu kinerja (Y). Hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh nyata dan positif terhadap kinerja yaitu sebesar 97,61%. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap kinerja para pegawai pengelola keuangan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja.

Abstract

The increasing of plastic industry growth in Indonesia have bump-up potential of plastic pellets requirement as well, which the nature source of plastic pellets itself restricted and limited. Those will impact to plastic pellets import high demand especially for food and beverages area who use them. Strict competition and challenges to the restriction of plastic raw material usage need attention on product, price, raw material, and impact to the sales. The purpose of this study was to describe of product, price, raw material, and impact to sales, analyze the correlation value and the effect among them. This study was conducted use quantitative research method with descriptive approach and survey method. This study conducted in PT. Hon Chuan Indonesia with 118 respondents as representative from their customer data. Based on research result marketing strategy, product, price, raw material, and sales was in approve category descriptively. And it has 1) a fairly strong and strong correlation range between product and price, 2) significant positive partially effect between product, price, and raw material 3) simultaneously effect between product, price, and raw material 4) influence between raw material and sales.

Abstract

Indikasi penurunan kinerja karyawan yang dibuktikan dengan ketidak tepatan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan oleh karyawan. Masih terdapat beberapa karyawan yang merasa kesulitan untuk mengatasi seluruh keinginan dan para tamu serta untuk dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu. Dalam Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor PM.53/HM.001/MPEK/2013 Tentang Standar Usaha Hotel Bab II Usaha Hotel Pasal 4 Ayat (4) menjelaskan Hotel Non Berbintang sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) huruf b, tidak memiliki penggolongan kelas hotel dan dapat disebut sebagai hotel melati. Tujuan dari penelitan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada hotel di Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif atau lebih dikenal dengan penelitian survey. Hasil penelitian bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan diperlukan adanya kompensasi, pengembangan karir melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, penataan lingkungan dan penambahan sarana dan prasarana penunjang kerja bagi para karyawan. Saran penulis yaitu perlu adanya jaminan pensiun bagi para pegawai hotel melati di Kabupaten Sumedang, meningkatkan fasilitas hotel dan menjaga konsistensi pimpinan dalam melakukan pengawasan, pemberian tambahan penghasilan bagi para pegawai yang melaksanakan tugas tambahan di luar jam kerja.

Abstract

The research objective is to implement the Design strategy to develop the Karawang Batik Business by using the design of the nine elements of the Canvas business model which includes Customer segment, value proposition, channel, customer relationship, revenue stream, key resources, key activities, key partnership, cost structure. This Canvas Model is expected to be able to overcome and provide solutions to problems and obstacles from all activities or activities at Bale Batik Taza Karawang which until now seems to have not been fully implemented so that researchers want to create, map, design, and direct what indicators should be improved to build a business that it can produce maximum production, marketing, and sales. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach method. The research location was conducted at Bale Batik Taza, KH. Ahmad Dahlan street No.20  at Karawang city. Respondents were carried out purposively by considering the factors of understanding the company's strategy, company conditions, internal conditions, business models, the company's main competitors. alternative Strength–Opportunity strategy as a strategy to use strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. The conclusion of the research that can be found is that the mapping of the Canvas business model run by Bale Batik Taza Karawang has not been maximally implemented. Some elements that need to be improved are Key partnership, Key Resource, Key Activity, Customer Relationship, Customer segment, Channel, and Cost Structure. While the approach using SWOT analysis should be more maximal in developing its business innovations such as expanding marketing strategies, networking with vendors, and the quality of the various designs and variations of the typical Karawang batik patterns that are packaged according to consumer demand so that they will be satisfied with the results of the pattern designs made. The strategy is carried out using the S–O, S–T, W–T, and W-O to determine how many strategies can be used to build and develop the Karawang Batik Business at Bale Batik Taza Karawang so that it can increase.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMotivasi dan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan sangatlah penting dimiliki para wirausahawan muda, apalagi pada saat ingin memulai/membuka usaha, kita harus mempunyai bekal dalam memulainya. Memotivasi diri dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada didalam diri kita, percaya pada diri sendiri, berani mengambil resiko dan mandiri, kreatif dalam menghasilkan inovasi terbaru. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) menerapkan ilmu dan penelitian yang diperoleh di perguruan tinggi dalam bidang iptek untuk mewujudkan dukungan pemberdayaan, pelatihan, penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan potensinya, bagi individu dan desa perkembangan keduanya.Kegiatan ini berada di Koperasi Pemuda Karawang Sejahtera (KPKS) yang bertempat di Palumbonsari, Kec. Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini dilaksanakan dengan 3 tahap yaitu observasi, pelaksanaan program kerja, dan penyusunan laporan. Observasi kami lakukan menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi secara langsung, sedangkan program kerja kami laksanakan secara online mengingat masih dalam situasi pandemi covid – 19 agar tidak terjadi penyebaran. Tujuan diadakan nya program kerja KKN ini untuk membantu masyarakat pelaku UMKM dalam menyelesaikan masalah nya terkait di bidang pemasaran, pencatatan dan legalitas dan memotivasi kembali para pelaku UMKM atau pun masyarakat yang sedang merintis untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Kata kunci:motivasi; pelatihan; pendampingan; pembimbingan; koperasi pemuda karawangsejahtera. ABSTRACTMotivation and Entrepreneurship Skills are very important for young entrepreneurs, especially when we want to start/open a business, we must have the provisions to start it. Motivate ourselves and develop the potential that exists within us, believe in ourselves, dare to take risks and be independent, creative in producing the latest innovations. Real Work Lectures (KKN) apply knowledge and research obtained at universities in the field of science and technology to realize support for empowerment, training, counseling, mentoring, and their potential, for individuals and villages for their development. This activity is in the Karawang Sejahtera Youth Cooperative (KPKS) which is located in Palumbonsari, Kec. East Karawang, Karawang Regency. This Real Work Lecture (KKN) was carried out in 3 stages, namely observation, implementation of work programs, and preparation of reports. Our observations are carried out using direct interviews and documentation methods, while our work program is carried out online considering that we are still in the COVID-19 pandemic situation so that there is no spread. The purpose of holding this KKN work program is to help the community of MSME actors in solving problems related to marketing, recording and legality and to re-motivate MSME actors or people who are pioneering to develop their businesses. Keywords: motivation; training; mentoring; guidance; cooperative youth prosperous karawang.

Abstract

The essence of the problem in this research is still not optimal implementation of cooperative management by cooperatives located in Sumedang District, many cooperatives who do not report to the Department of Cooperatives, small business, medium enterprises, trade and industry Sumedang. The purpose of this research is to know the role of coaching management cooperative by the Department of Cooperatives, Small business, intermediate, trade and industry Sumedang district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method of research by examining the three cooperatives that were used as samples in this study, namely the Indonesian Employee Cooperative Cooperative Health Officer Sumedang, employee cooperative PT. PLN (Persero) Sumedang, and BMT Al Amanah Sumedang. The result of this research is that the Department of Cooperative Department of Cooperatives, small business, medium enterprises, trade, Sumedang District has a strategic role in improving the quality of cooperatives in Sumedang district through the implementation of a better cooperative management system so that cooperatives in the cooperative performance in the district can be said quality, but still there are various barriers, namely the low cooperative resource , and the unavailability of information containers to accelerate the reporting and development of cooperative material management. Recommendation of the results of this research is necessary to the role of local governments in the increase in the development budget management cooperative, provision of adequate facilities and infrastructures, improvement of the quality of human resources cooperative cooperatives through education programs and level training, and improvement of the supervision of cooperatives by the Department of Cooperatives, small business, medium enterprises, trade industry Sumedang District.

Abstract

Quality human resources will be able to show good performance achievements. Several performance factors can be seen from motivation, work environment, work culture and so on. This needs to be taken into account by companies including Machine and Machine Tool Industrial Companies for Metal Working in the International Industrial City (KIIC) Area. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, work culture on employee performance. The research method used is through a quantitative approach with the analytical method used is path analysis. Simple random sampling is a sampling technique used, where the sample used is 82 out of a population of 116 people. The results showed that partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance by 13.96%, the work environment has a significant positive effect on performance by 19.97% and work culture has a significant positive effect on performance by 32.50%. The conclusion obtained in this study is that work motivation, work environment and work culture simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on performance by 67.50%. Because work motivation, work environment and work culture are inseparable parts of improving performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing learning from home (LFH) on stress levels, learning outcomes and student motivation, as well as analyzing constraints and describing student opinions regarding the implementation of LFH. This research was conducted at Panca Bhakti University, Pontianak, West Kalimantan with the research subjects being 33 students of the 2019 Management Study Program. This study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain data related to the implementation of LFH, learning motivation, and stress levels. Furthermore, the measurement of learning outcomes obtained from the calculation of the value of student assignments after attending lectures in LFH is carried out. To explore obstacles and student opinions regarding LFH, interviews were conducted with selected subjects. The results showed that there was no significant effect between the application of LFH and the stress level of students on learning outcomes, while for the motivation variable it was known that there was a significant effect on the application of LFH and the stress level of students.

Abstract

Competence in an organization or company is important in supporting the performance produced by employees. The management of course will make efforts to increase the competence of its employees with the hope that the performance of the employees will make their work complete and the output produced is of high quality. Recognizing the importance of competence on performance, the authors helped by examining these variables. In this study the researchers collected data by distributing it to all employees at PT Batang Bumi Mandiri with a total of 25, of which the entire population will also be sampled because the sampling method used is the saturated sample technique. In processing this data used statistical data processing tools in the form of SPSS version 26 to assist the author in processing research data. The result of the research is that competence has an effect on performance. The competency variable also has a coefficient of determination of 16.5% to affect performance, while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak Percetakan Ayu merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang grafis dan printing yang telah memiliki pengalaman bertahun-tahun. Dalam menentukan harga jualnya Percetakan Ayu melihat dari nilai pasar kemudian dipilih yang paling terkecil dari nilai pasar tersebut. Percetakan Ayu menetapkan presentase laba sebesar 5% dari biaya produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan metode full costing dan variable costing sebagai dasar penentuan harga jual produk (Studi Kasus: Percetakan Ayu Karawang). Selain itu penulis mempunyai tujuan lain yaitu untuk memberikan masukan kepada manajemen dari pihak Percetakan Ayu dalam pengambilan keputusan, terutama dalam penetapan harga jual. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 10 jenis produk buku seperti buku tulis, buku memo, buku pelajaran, buku nota, buku kwitansi, buku invoice, buku perjanjian kerja bersama (PKB), buku peraturan perusahaan, buku bacaan dan buku memo. Alasan penulis memilih 10 sampel jenis buku tersebut karena berdasarkan pesanan yang paling banyak dipesan oleh konsumen. Penelitian penentuan harga jual menggunakan metode full costing dan variable costing, dimana data tersebut diperoleh dengan cara studi literatur, studi kasus dan wawan cara, dimana wawancara dilakukan secara langsung kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan perhitungan harga jual perusahaan dengan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode full costing dan variable costing. (2) berdasarkan perbandingan perhitungan harga jual antara metode full costing dengan metode variable costingmaka Percetakan Ayu dapat memilih metode variable costing untuk penentuan harga jual produk, karena metode variable costing memperhitungkan semua biaya – biaya yang digunakan baik dalam pembuatan, pemasaran maupun biaya untuk mengkoordinasi kegiatan dan biaya – biaya tersebut dikelompokkan berdasarkan perilaku biaya. Kata Kunci: Harga Jual, Full Costing, Variabel Costing. Abstract Ayu Printing is a company engaged in graphics and printing that has many years of experience. In determining the selling price, Ayu's printing looks at the market value and then the smallest of the market value is chosen. Ayu Printing sets a percentage of profit of 5% of production costs. This study aims to determine the comparison of the full costing and variable costing methods as the basis for determining the selling price of the product (Case Study: Ayu Karawang Printing). Besides that the writer has another purpose, namely to provide input to the management of the Ayu Printing in making decisions, especially in determining the selling price. This study used a sample of 10 types of book products such as notebooks, memo books, textbooks, memorandum books, receipt books, invoice books, collective work agreements (PKB), company regulation books, reading books and memo books. The reason the writer chose 10 samples of this type of book was because it was based on the order most ordered by consumers. The study of selling price determination uses the full costing and variable costing method, where the data is obtained by means of literature study, case study and interview methods, where interviews are conducted directly with the parties concerned.The results showed that (1) there was a difference in the calculation of the company's selling price with the calculation using the full costing and variable costing methods. (2) based on the comparison of the selling price between the full costing and variable costing methods, the printing press can choose the variable costing methods to determine the selling price of the product, because the variable costing method takes into account all costs used both in making, marketing and costs to cordinate activities and costs in the group are based on cost behavior.
