<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Perda Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan di Kota Makassar serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan Perda Nomor 1 Tahun 2019. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Perda Kota Makassar Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 sebagaimana mestinya. Hal ini dapat dilihat di mana Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar telah melaksanakan pembinaan dan pengembangan secara intensif, baik terhadap lingkungan sekolah secara menyeluruh maupun terhadap tenaga pendidik serta melaksanakan pembangunan di bidang pendidikan. Adapun faktor pendukung Perda Kota Makassar No. 1 Tahun 2019 yaitu perangkat keras (hardware), perangkat lunak (software), dan alat berpikir (brainware). Faktor penghambatnya adalah peran orang tua, peran guru, peran masyarakat, perang media, dan kondisi saat ini. This study aims to determine the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Education in Makassar City. And Factors Supporting and Inhibiting the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2019. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Makassar City No. 1 of 2019 as it should be. It is proven Makassar City Education Office has carried out intensive coaching, development and guidance both to the school environment as a whole and to educators, carrying out products in the field of education. And Factors that support the Makassar City Regulation No. 1 of 2019, namely Hardware (Hardware), Software (Software), and Thinking Devices (Brainware). The inhibiting factors are the role of parents, the role of teachers, the role of society, the media war and current conditions.]]>
