PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN INQUIRY SEBAGAI UPAYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KIMIA KELAS X IPA SMA NEGERI 1 BONE

Abstract

This research takes the form of classroom action research. Action research is a process that gives credence to the development of reflective power, discussion and thinking. The data is collected by: observation, documentation and tests. Meanwhile, the analysis uses analytical descriptive. The research was carried out in Class Research on two cycles includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. At the planning stage, learning scenarios are prepared and learning tools are prepared. The learning process is carried out using an inquiry approach. Observation results are presented in discussion. At the observation stage, students' activities and final learning results tests are carried out. The performance indicator in the research was the achievement of individual and classical learning completeness of 88.46%. The results of the implementation of cycle I showed that the performance indicators had not been achieved because the students' learning outcomes only reached an average score of 62.69 and 61.53% of students had completed their studies. Improvements in increasing student activity in cycle II show the completeness of student learning outcomes, namely with an average score of 71.71 and completeness of learning outcomes of 88.46%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian tindakan merupakan suatu proses yang memberikan kepercayaan kepada pengembangan kekuatan reflektif, diskusi dan berfikir. Adapun pengumpulan datanya dengan cara: observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Sedangkan analisisnya menggunakan deskriptif analitis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelas X IPA SMA N 1 Bone Semeseter Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian atas dua siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pada tahap perencanaan disusun skenario pembelajaran dan menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan inquiry. Hasil observasi dipresentasikan dalam diskusi. Pada tahap observasi, dilakukan pengamatan aktifitas peserta didik dan tes hasil akhir belajar. Indikator kinerja pada penelitian berupa tercapainya ketuntasan belajar secara individual dan klasikal sebesar 88,46%. Hasil pelaksanaan siklus I menunjukkan bahwa indikator kinerja belum tercapai karena hasil belajar peserta didik hanya mencapai rerata nilai 62,69 dan 61,53% peserta didik yang tuntas belajar. Perbaikan pada peningkatan keaktifan peserta didik pada siklus II menunjukkan ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu dengan nilai rerata 71,71 dan ketuntasan hasil belajar 88,46%.
