<![CDATA[Abstract This report is entitled "Design of the Personnel Information System at CV. Mella Vista Web-Based Printing". The data collection method used in this study was through direct interviews with the administration section and through literature studies. From the results of the interviews, it was found that the staffing process at CV. Mella Vista Printing is still done manually, so errors often occur in the data collection process. Then, in the current era, we can take advantage of the development of information technology, one of which is a web-based information system. The purpose of designing this staffing information system is to facilitate the staffing process at CV Mella Vista Printing. In the system development method, the writer uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Then, in designing a staffing information system, the writer presents it in UML (Unified Modeling Language) form, which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Normalization, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Table Relations. With the existence of a web-based employee information system, employees can reduce errors in the staffing process so that it is faster and more accurate.]]>
