Abstract

This study aims to produce an application that can store important data needed by tailors using the Waterfall method. This application will facilitate tailoring in the customer data management process. These important data include customer identity, customer body size, customer demand model, type of fabric the customer wants, order taking schedules and others. This system is web-based so that it can be accessed by tailors and customers anytime and anywhere. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and uses MySql as its database, this system uses Black Box Testing as its testing method.

Abstract

Sistem yang berjalan saat ini masih belum menggunakan aplikasi yang memiliki database  yang mempermudah dalam melakukan penginputan baik data siswa dan laporan transaksi pada tabungan SMK AVERUS JAKARTA, serta belum adanya aplikasi tabungan siswa yang menerapkan model rancang bangun waterfall pada SMK AVERUS JAKARTA.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang memiliki database di dalamnya sehingga dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan penginputan baik data siswa dan laporan transaksi, serta Dengan menerapkan model rancang bangun waterfall ke dalam sistem  tabungan siswa sebagai pembuatan aplikasinya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php yang berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode rancang bangun waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian  adalah membuat suatu aplikasi  tabungan siswa  berbasis web dengan menggunakan database di dalamnya yang sudah berjalan dengan baik, tidak ada error dan siap untuk digunakan oleh siswa SMK AVERUS JAKARTA.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine, analyze and obtain a clear picture of whether or not there is: 1) The Influence of Servant Leadership on Teacher Performance at Muhammadiyah Vocational School, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta. 2) The Effect of Work Culture on Teacher Performance at Muhammadiyah Vocational School, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta. 3) The Influence of Serving Leadership on Work Culture at Muhammadiyah Vocational School, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta. In this study used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is from Muhammadiyah Vocational School, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta, for the 2021 academic year, there are 195 teachers. In this study the authors used the slovin formula. From these calculations, the results obtained 131 people. So the number of samples studied was 131 teachers of Muhammadiyah Vocational School, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta. The results of this study are: 1) The results of the calculation of the t test value of Serving Leadership variable (X1) with a tcount of 7,955 and a significance of 0,000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (7.955 > 1.978) and the significance is less than 5% (0.000 <0.050) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Serving Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (X3). The result of calculating the R Square value is 0.331. This shows that 33.1% Serving Leadership (X1) has an effect on Teacher Performance (X3), while the remaining 66.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. 2) The results of the calculation of the t-test value of the Work Culture variable (X2) with tcount of 10,685 and a significance of 0,000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (10,685 > 1,978) and the significance is less than 5% (0.000 <0.050) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Work Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (X3). The result of calculating the R Square value is 0.470. This shows that 47% Serving Leadership (X1) has an effect on Teacher Performance (X3), while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. 3) The results of the calculation of the t test value of the Serving Leadership variable (X1) with a tcount of 9,588 and a significance of 0,000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (9.588 > 1.978) and the significance is less than 5% (0.000 <0.050) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Servant Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Work Culture (X2). The results of calculating the value of R Square is 0.416. This shows that 41.6% Serving Leadership (X1) has an effect on Work Culture (X2), while the remaining 58.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Currently, information technology plays an important role in human activities that can be utilized by the community and government sectors, with one of them being in government management at the sub-district and city levels. The Ciseeng sub-district office, Bogor district, is one of several sub-district government institutions that utilize information technology to inform and improve existing services. The Ciseeng District, Bogo Regency, does not yet have a complete service information system for the community in making a child's birth certificate. So this study aims to design an information system for making child birth certificates in Ciseeng District, Bogor Regency. The methodology used in this information system research is the waterfall methodology, the results of this research will facilitate the community in making a child's birth certificate. The preparation of this information system is intended as a means of increasing awareness of making birth certificates for children and providing good solutions for the community and sub-districts. So, with the existence of an information system for making child birth certificates, it can improve and facilitate the community in making birth certificates and assisting the government in managing information data.

Abstract

Afflaha Farm is a greenhouse engaged in horticultural agriculture and leaf vegetables ranging from land processing, planting, maintenance, and harvesting, and post-harvest activities. The purpose of making this system is The problem that is often experienced by this greenhouse is the lack of attention in providing nutrients and checking the water content needed in hydroponic plants, especially this lettuce so that this plant cannot grow properly and can harm the greenhouse. Thus creating an android-based monitoring system that works to measure water pH levels and provide nutrients. To make the system requires a device in the form of a microcontroller using several sensors such as a pH meter sensor, tds sensor, and wifi module. Using the Java programming language, the C language programming and its data storage use firebase. With this system, it can help farmers get a harvest.

Abstract

UPTD SMP Negeri 25 Depok merupakan satuan pendidikan yang mengutamakan teknologi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan penilaian seringkali ditemukan masalah pada proses penilaian, proses penilaian yang masih menggunakan banyak kertas dan menghabiskan banyak waktu dan tenaga. Penilaian yang dilakukan menggunakan cara manual seperti mengumpulkan nilai melalui file excel dari masing-masing guru, juga membutuhkan validasi nilai manual oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan kepala sekolah yang memakan waktu yang cukup lama sampai proses pembagian raport kepada orang tua siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Sedangkan analisis dilakukan dengan wawancara dan survei pada sistem yang berjalan untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan. Metode perancangan proses difokuskan pada pengembangan model dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Model Language) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramam PHP, serta Xampp v3.2.2 dengan Apache sebagai web server dan MySQL yang digunakan sebagai penyimpanan database. Hasil yang di peroleh dari Pembuatan aplikasi ini yaitu dapat mempermudah Staff Admin, Tata Usaha, Guru, Wakabid. Kesiswaan dan Kepala Sekolah dalam memproses penilaian hasil belajar siswa, menampilkan nilai secara akurat, menginput nilai dan secara otomatis nilai tersebut terinput kedalam akun wali kelas

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBM) or Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a learning model based on the principle of using problems as a starting point for the acquisition and integration of new knowledge. PBL is one of the student-centered learning models by confronting these learners with various problems faced in their lives. With this model of learning, students from the beginning have been faced with various life problems that they may encounter later when they graduate from school. PBL is one of the methods in the contextual learning model (Contextual Teaching and Learning) which is based on the theory of constructivism learning. The results showed that there are ten steps in implementing PBL. In addition, PBL can make it easier for students to better understand and master the learning materials for Islamic Religious Education and Ethics at SMK Muhammadiyah Parung because PBL can relate the knowledge that students get through learning at school to the problems of daily life. In addition, the results of this research also provide solutions that are expected to help educators to apply Problem Based Learning generally for all subjects and especially in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics.

Abstract

In learning English, not many teachers use a variety of strategies to create active learning for their students. In general, the learning system that is implemented still adopts the old way, namely the lecture method using the media of books or pictures. Difficulties in learning and understanding vocabulary correct English is a big problem for students. goal. Provide interesting, interactive and easy-to-understand learning and playing tools and not get bored. Make educational games a new innovation and train children's brains by learning to compose words for words.  The research method is Library Studies, Questionnaires, Interviews, Observations with the SDLC Waterfal Method development method. Based on the results of blackbox testing in educational games, arrange fruit names in English, that overall in each view the results of this test are successful or accepted. Because functionally the system can work properly and as expected. All controls in the game can be found easily by the user. This educational game of arranging fruit names in English can help players, especially elementary school students, recognize fruit names in English which gives a feeling of pleasure when learning and playing, assisted by an attractive appearance. as well as good interactivity so that children do not feel bored when learning English vocabulary.

Abstract

Bahasa isyarat merupakan bahasa yang biasanya digunakan untuk membantu proses komunikasi antara sesama penyandang disabilitas tunarungu dan tunawicara, maupun dengan orang normal dalam masyarakat yang luas. Tetapi masih terdapat masalah dalam memahami kosa kata dalam bahasa isyarat secara mendetail dikarenakan begitu banyak kosakata dengan gerakan yang berbeda beda dan kurangnya media untuk dapat menunjang proses belajar bahasa isyarat, Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempermudah bagi penyandang tunarungu, tunawicara serta masyarakat agar belajar bahasa isyarat lebih mudah dan efisien dan bisa belajar dimanapun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan yang dimiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu communication, modeling, construction dan development. Algoritma yang digunakan pada aplikasi ini adalah Knuth Morris Pratt, Algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt merupakan jenis Exact String Matching Algorithm yang merupakan pencocokan string secara tepat dengan susunan karakter dalam string yang dicocokkan memiliki jumlah maupun urutan karakter dalam string yang sama. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah metode Black Box. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian sistem, dapat dikatakan bahwa aplikasi website kamus bahasa isyarat ini dapat membantu penyandang tunarungu, tunawicara serta masyarakat dalam mempelajari bahasa isyarat dengan mudah dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Partially and Simultaneously at PT. SMEC Denka Indonesia, this research method uses a quantitative analysis method, which uses 52 respondents. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis processing technique uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The data was processed by SPSS version 26. Hypothesis test showed that Leadership Style had no partial effect on employee performance as indicated by tcount -1.786 < ttable 1.66940. Thus H1 is rejected. Meanwhile, Work Discipline has a partial effect on employee performance, which is indicated by tcount 7.761 > ttable 1.66940. Thus H2 is accepted. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that Leadership Style and Work Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation y = 6.662 + (-0.156)x1 + 0.968x2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.746, which means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a very strong relationship with the coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence of 55.6% while the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other factors. the results of the f statistic test have a probability of 0.000 < 0.05 or the value of fcount 30,672 > ftable 2.75. Thus H3 is accepted.
