Meningkatkan Brand Awareness Melalui Social Media Advertising dan Celebrity Endorser Bardi Smart Home

Abstract

The development of technology is something that cannot be avoided in this social life. So it's no wonder that today's audience tries new things, such as improving technology in their homes. Smart home or smart home is becoming a trend at this time, because it can provide convenience for those who own it. Therefore, Bardi Smart Home is here to meet household needs. Bardi Smart Home was founded in 2019, in other words it requires a good marketing strategy. Increasing a company's brand awareness can be increased by social media advertising used and celebrity endorsers. This research uses quantitative research methods. Researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and distributed it to 100 respondents to Instagram followers of Bardi Smart Home. Then the data is processed using SmartPLS. The purpose of this study is to prove how influential social media advertising and celebrity endorsers are on Bardi Smart Home brand awareness. The results of the study show that social media advertising has a significant positive effect on Bardi Smart Home brand awareness, and celebrity endorsers have a significant positive effect on Bardi Smart Home brand awareness. Perkembangan teknologi adalah suatu hal yang tidak bisa dihindarkan dari kehidupan bermasyarakat ini. Maka tak heran jika khalayak masa kini mencoba berbagai hal baru seperti meningkatkan teknologi dalam rumah mereka. Rumah pintar atau smart home sedang menjadi tren pada saat ini, karena dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mereka yang memilikinya. Oleh karena itu, Bardi Smart Home hadir untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga. Bardi Smart Home didirikan pada tahun 2019, dengan kata lain membutuhkan strategi pemasaran yang baik. Peningkatan brand awareness suatu perusahaan bisa ditingkatkan oleh social media advertising yang digunakan serta celebrity endorser. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. PenelitiĀ  menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan disebarkan kepada 100 responden pengikut Instagram Bardi Smart Home. Kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan seberapa pengaruh social media advertising dan celebrity endorser terhadap brand awareness Bardi Smart Home. Hasil penelelitian menunjukkan social media advertising berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand awareness Bardi Smart Home, danĀ  celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand awareness Bardi Smart Home.
