<![CDATA[Abstract. This study aims to determine whether there is a partial or simultaneous influence of the dividend policy (DPR) on the set of investment opportunities on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2016-2021 period. The method used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. The data population in this study were 52 companies and 9 companies were obtained as research samples that matched the predetermined criteria. The results of the study show that dividend policy has a weak relationship to investment opportunity sets. The dividend policy variable has a negative and significant effect on the investment opportunity set. The results of the model adjustment test show that the dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on the investment opportunity set. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kebijakan dividen (DPR) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap set kesempatan investasi pada Indeks Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2016-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Data populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 Perusahaan dan diperoleh sebanyak 9 Perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah di tentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan dividen memiliki hubungan yang lemah terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Variabel kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Hasil uji kesesuaian model menunjukan bahwa kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Kata Kunci: Set kesempatan Investasi dan Kebijakan dividen (DPR)]]>
