<![CDATA[ As an intermediary institution, Islamic banking has animportant role in channeling financing, especially in theagricultural sector. The financing of the agricultural sector isconsidered more suitable to be carried out by Islamic banksbecause in channeling financing does not recognize the terminterest but uses a profit sharing system. The use of a profitsharing system is considered fairer because it does not burdenthe farmers, especially when the yields are not satisfactory. Thisstudy was conducted to analyze how the influence of thefinancing of the agricultural sector by Islamic banks to increasethe exchange rate of farmers in East Java Province ?. In order toanswer this question, the data analysis is done using multiplelinear regression. The type of data in this study is secondary datawith monthly data forms (January 2016 to August 2018). Theresults of the study indicate that the financing carried out byIslamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in EastJava Province has a significant positive effect on FarmerExchange Rates. Meanwhile, the financing of the agriculturalsector by the Islamic People's Financing Bank does not have asignificant effect on the exchange of farmers in East JavaProvince. ]]>
