Abstract

Tujuan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk meningkatkan percaya diri dan tanggung guru SDN 2 Tambaksari melalui implementasi piloting pembelajaran tatap muka progesip masa pandemi covid 19..Publikasi ilmiah ini dilaksanakan diĀ  SDN 2 Tambaksari, Kecamatan Blora Kabupaten Blora. Situasi pandemi memberi pengaruh pada percaya diri dan tanggung jawab guru dalam pembelajaran..Data yang digunakandalam karya ilmiah adalah sumber data primer.Jenis Pendekatanyang dipakai adalah pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah.Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis diskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan nilai percaya diri dan tanggung jawab kondisi awal pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan kondisi pembelajaran tatap muka di sekolah.Hasil Penelitian yaitu dengan menerapkan ataui mplementasi piloting tatap muka secara progesip terbukti dapat meningkatkan percaya diri dan tanggung jawab Guru SDN 2 Tambaksari masa pandemic Covid 19.The purpose of this research is to increase the confidence and responsibility of SDN 2 Tambaksari teachers through the implementation of face-to-face learning piloting the progress of the COVID-19 pandemic. This scientific publication was carried out at SDN 2 Tambaksari, Blora District, Blora Regency. The pandemic situation affects the teacher's confidence and responsibility in learning. The data used in this research are primary data sources. The type of approach used is the School Action Research approach. Data analysis used comparative descriptive analysis techniques by comparing the value of confidence and responsibility for the initial conditions of distance learning with face-to-face learning conditions in schools. The results of the study show that the application or implementation of progressive face-to-face piloting is proven to be able to increase the self-confidence and responsibility of Tambaksari 2 Elementary School Teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
