Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa materi keberagaman sosial budaya masyarakat melalui metode bernyanyi bagi siswa kelas V SDN 2 Tambaksari semester II tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini terdapat dua siklus yang setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap meliputi perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan sesuai yang direncanakan, pengamatan terhadap tindakan yang dilakukan, dan refleksi terhadap hasil pengamatan. Pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi untuk mendapatkan tingkat keaktifan siswa dan lembar evaluasi untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran dengan Metode Bernyanyi dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa tentang keberagaman sosial budaya masyarakat. Hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari 59,55 pada kondisi pra siklus menjadi 80,82 pada akhir siklus II.This study aims to increase students' motivation and learning outcomes regarding the socio-cultural diversity of the community through the singing method for the fifth-grade students of SDN 2 Tambaksari in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. In this Classroom Action Research, there are two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages including action planning, implementing the planned action, observing the actions taken, and reflecting on the results of the observations. Data collection through observation sheets for get the level of student activity and evaluation sheets to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively with a comparative approach. Research result shows that learning with the Singing Method can increase students' motivation and learning outcomes about social and cultural diversity. This is evident from the increase in student learning outcomes from 59.55 in the pre-cycle condition to 80.82 at the end of the second cycle.
