PENERAPAN TERAPI AKUPRESURE TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI PADA IBU MENYUSUI 0-6 BULAN DI DESA BANTARJAYA KECAMATAN PEBAYURAN KABUPATEN BEKASI TAHUN 2023

ABSTRAKMenurut Kemenkes 2020 Secara Nasional cakupan ASI ekslusif pada bayi 0-6 bulan di Indonesia tahun sebesar 66,1%, angka ASI ekslusif di Indonesia lebih tinggi dibandingkan angka global dengan demikian capaian ASI Eksklusif di belum mencapai target. Berdasarkan data capaian ASI Eksklusif di Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun 2022 sebesar 77 %. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ke Dusun 1 Desa Bantarjaya Kecamatan Pebayuran Kabupaten Bekasi terdapat 64 % ibu menyusui yang masih gagal dalam memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan/pemahaman tentang terapi akupresure dan meningkatkan Produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui 0-6 bulan. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi / penyuluhan dan dilanjutkan Demonstrasi dalam melakukan terapi akupresure. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini di laksanakan di Desa Bantarjaya Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pebayuran Kabupaten Bekasi pada hari/tanggal, Jumat – Sabtu , 02 & 03 Juni 2023 Pukul 09.00 – 16.00 WIB dengan hasil adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan / pemahaman sebanyak 95,85 % dalam kategori baik tentang pemanfaatan terapi akupresure. Sehingga persentase peningkatan pengetahuan/pemahaman sebesar 31,23 %. Lalu evaluasi dilakukan pada hari/tanggal Jumat dan Sabtu, 09 & 10 Juni 2023 Pukul 09.00 s/d 15.00 WIB di Desa Bantarjaya Kecamatan Pebayuran Bekasi dengan melakukan penerapan terapi akupresure. Hasil nya adanya peningkatan produksi ASI rata rata meningkat sekitar 60-70 %. Dengan ciri atau tanda peningkatan produksi ASI adalah tampak ASI keluar / rembes tanpa di peras, bayi BAK > 8 kali / hari dan jumlah ASI bila di pompa > 500 ml. Kata Kunci : terapi akupresure; Ibu Menyusui 0-6 bulan; produksi ASI. ABSTRACTAccording to the Ministry of Health 2020 Nationally, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months in Indonesia in Indonesia is 66.1%, the exclusive breastfeeding rate in Indonesia is higher than the global figure, thus the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not reached the target. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers to Hamlet 1, Bantarjaya Village, Pebayuran District, Bekasi Regency, there are 64% of breastfeeding mothers who still fail to provide exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge/understanding of acupressure therapy and increase breast milk production in nursing mothers 0-6 months. The implementation method is to provide socialization / counseling and continued demonstration in doing acupressure therapy. This Community Service activity was carried out in Bantarjaya Village, Pebayuran Health Center Working Area, Bekasi Regency on days / dates, Friday – Saturday, 02 &; 03 June 2023 at 09.00 – 16.00 WIB with the result that there was an increase in knowledge / understanding of 95.85% in the good category about the use of acupressure therapy. So that the percentage of increase in knowledge / understanding is 31.23%. Then the evaluation is carried out on Friday and Saturday, June 9 &10, 2023 at 09.00 to 15.00 WIB in Bantarjaya Village, Pebayuran District, Bekasi by applying acupressure therapy. The result is an increase in average breast milk production increased by about 60-70%. With characteristics or signs of increased milk production is the appearance of milk out / seepage without being squeezed, baby BAK > 8 times / day and the amount of milk when pumped > 500 ml. Keywords:  acupressure therapy; breastfeeding mothers 0-6 months; breast milk production.
